SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST - CLIENT FACING - DUBLIN
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Client is a multi-disciplinary Architectural practice with an
established reputation for high-quality architecture design.
The practice has extensive experience in both public and private
sector engineering projects across a broad range of sectors including
educational, infrastructural, conservation and refurbishment,
commercial, residential and industrial developments.
Assisting the Senior Architects to produce models and drawings for
complex architectural projects.
Working against tight deadlines and devising technically brilliant and
safe solutions to problems will be a day-to-day activity that will
lead to development of a broad knowledge and skill in architecture.
Design and draft assignments under little supervision, creating and
developing both 2D and 3D models and working drawings from sketches or
descriptions developed by Engineers
3D models and 3D components need to be complete with metadata, as per
BIM processes
Maintain all revisions of project drawings
Revise and update models/drawings as required
Assist in team design reviews in order to evaluate design concepts and
make recommendations to resolve problems
Work with other teams to obtain information for drawings
Work with project teams to execute projects on time and on budget
Read and understand 2D and 3D drawings
Comply with company design, safety, quality, environmental compliance
and procedural standards
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years’ experience
Relevant qualification
A good understanding of AutoCAD and other design software
Knowledge of the construction industry and basic building regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Eager to learn and progress in a career in Architecture
PACKAGE
Salary negotiable based experience, negotiable for the right
candidates.
